It could be the lucky one that has no side effects. None of them are 100%, but many people view it.

Do not worry, it has no side effects. If she takes it as directed, it should be nothing to fear. If your next period is more than a week later, she may be pregnant.

But not everyone always shows the side effects.

Here is some information for you. It is included on the website of Plan B. Link. Hope this helps.

The only way to get Plan B ® One-Step was to be effective when you get your next period to come on time, should be within a week after the due date. If your time is more than 7 days late, you may be pregnant.

Do not use Plan B ® One-Step:

* If you are already pregnant, it will not work
* If you are allergic to levonorgestrel or any ingredient contained in Plan B ® One-Step
* In place of regular contraception. One-Step Plan B ® will not be routinely used as birth control, because it is not so effective.
Plan B ® does not protect one-step prior to infection by HIV (the virus that causesAIDS) or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Can have with this product:

* Changes in the period
* Nausea
* Abdominal pain
* Fatigue
* Headache
* Dizziness
* Tenderness Breast Cancer

Im not sure what you ask? If something has side effects, it does not mean that it happen, just knowing that they will be able to do so. Most of the time Plan B has no side effects!
