Can I use an electric hand mixer to make hummus? - make hummus mixer
I want to make hummus, but do not have a food processor (or blender), but I have an electric mixer and asked me if I could use it. I do not want to spend extra money for a food processor, because I know you will not use very often. Thank you in advance.

A handheld stick blender will work fine.
Yes, you can use a hand mixer or blender, use,,,
probably ..... but I think I rushed the first Chick W / bottom of a glass, to give them a head start.
